1.  Run-in After Starting:Once the blade starts, allow it to run idle for 2-3 minutes. Only begin feeding material after confirming no abnormalities are observed.

2. Pre-Start Inspection:Before starting, manually rotate the rotor to check for smooth and reliable operation, ensuring there is no contact or collision. 

Verify that the blade's rotation direction matches the indicator arrow on the machine and that all lubrication points are properly serviced.

3. Pulley Caution:Avoid arbitrarily changing the pulley size. An excessively high rotational speed may cause the blade to shatter, while a speed that is too low will reduce work efficiency.

4.  Post-Installation Check: After installation is complete, inspect all fasteners to ensure they are tight and re-tighten any that are loose. Also, check that the belt tension is properly adjusted.
