Performance of Tungsten Carbide Cutting Blades

1. Superior Material and Manufacturing Process  

   The tungsten carbide cutting blades are produced using ultra-fine 0.6μm submicron carbide alloy powder, 

precision-molded and sintered under high-temperature and low-pressure conditions. 

This results in a dense internal metallographic structure, significantly reducing microscopic pores within the alloy, 

enhancing compactness, and preventing edge chipping during precision grinding and usage, thereby improving the smoothness of cutting surfaces.


2. High-Precision Edge Grinding  

   The blades undergo precision grinding on high-accuracy grinding machines, achieving exceptional processing precision and a mirror-like surface finish (Ra 0.012). 

The edges are sharp, free from chipping or rolling, ensuring clean, smooth, and burr-free cut sections without barbs.


3. Exceptional Hardness, Wear Resistance, and Longevity 

   With high hardness, sharp edges, and excellent wear resistance, these blades offer significantly longer service life—over ten times that of high-speed steel blades. 

Tungsten carbide blades treated with coatings can even last dozens to hundreds of times longer than high-speed steel blades.


4. Corrosion and Oxidation Resistance  

   The blades exhibit strong resistance to acids, alkalis, corrosion, and oxidation, ensuring rust-free performance even in demanding environments.


5.Stable and Reliable Mass Production  

   Large-scale standardized production, combined with rigorous quality control processes, ensures consistent and reliable product quality, eliminating concerns about performance variability.


6. Advanced Base Material and Specialized Polish  

   Our tungsten carbide cutting blades are crafted from high-hardness, high-strength dual-high nano carbide as the base material and processed using high-precision grinding machines. 

The blades’ toughness, hardness, and strength are dozens to hundreds of times superior to ordinary high-speed steel cutting blades. 

Specialized mirror polishing of the edges further reduces friction between the blade and the processed material, enhancing cutting efficiency and precision.
