1. Circuit Board Cutting
In the production of electronic and electrical appliances, printed circuit boards (PCBs) often require cutting to adapt to different product dimensions and design requirements. 2. Insulating Material Cutting
Various insulating materials, such as insulating plastics and insulating rubber, are commonly used in electronic and electrical products. High-speed steel cutting blades are suitable for cutting these insulating materials, providing appropriately shaped insulating components for the installation and wiring of electronic parts. During the cutting process, these blades maintain the performance of the insulating materials, avoiding excessive heat generation that could degrade their insulating properties.
