1.Using high-quality tungsten carbide cutting blades, operating and adjusting the machine correctly are crucial factors in ensuring the longevity of the blades.

 Good machine rigidity and machinability help prevent vibrations and various types of stress damage to the blades.

2.Select the appropriate tungsten carbide cutting blade. No single three-hole insert is suitable for all sawing requirements,

 and blades of various forms and characteristics yield different results. Factors to consider include the appropriate blade width, profile, and spacing.

3.Apply the correct sawing parameters, mainly including blade linear speed, feed rate, and saw blade tension. 

Ideal chips produced during material sawing should be tight, silver-colored, and warm to the touch. 

If the chips exhibit sintering, a brown-blue color, thickness, or powdery texture, adjustments to the relevant parameters are necessary.

4.Properly use cutting fluid and its mixtures to lubricate and cool the band saw blade, and promptly clean any attachments on the saw teeth.
