Today, Huilisheng's editor takes you through the key precautions for using tungsten steel cutting blades:
Initial Run-In Period
After starting the tungsten steel cutting blade, allow it to idle for 2–3 minutes before proceeding. Only begin feeding material once no abnormalities are observed.
Pre-Start Checks
Before starting the blade, manually rotate the rotor to ensure smooth operation. Verify that there is no unusual friction or collision, confirm the blade’s rotation direction matches the indicator arrow on the machine, and check that lubrication is adequate.
Avoid Unnecessary Adjustments
Do not casually replace the pulley, as excessively high speed may cause the blade to crack, while too low a speed can reduce work efficiency.
Post-Installation Inspection
After installing the tungsten steel cutting blade, check all fasteners for tightness and tighten any that are loose. Also, ensure the belt tension is properly adjusted.
