Today, the Huilisheng editor will guide you through the production process of tungsten carbide cutting blades:
1. Material Selection
High-quality materials are selected, with strict control over supplier qualification reviews.
Batch samples undergo irregular inspections. If the defect rate reaches 1%, the material is rejected for use.
2. Blanking
Based on the customer’s tool shape requirements, high-precision sawing machines are used to cut the raw material into pre-forging blanks.
3. Forging
According to the structural characteristics of the material, box-type resistance furnaces are used for high-temperature heat treatment of the forging blanks.
Precise control of the furnace temperature and reaction time ensures thorough forging of the customer’s tool material.
4. Annealing
Physical cooling methods are employed to reduce the temperature of the tungsten carbide cutting blades, preparing them for subsequent processing.
5. Cold Treatment
Cold treatment stabilizes the material structure and dimensions, effectively preventing deformation during later machining due to impact.
6. Precision Machining
Methods such as micro-magnetic treatment, non-magnetic treatment, and grinding are used to gradually eliminate overall deformation of the tungsten carbide cutting blades.
7. Fine Grinding
Precision grinding equipment and mirror polishing are applied to progressively enhance the product’s accuracy, parallelism, and smoothness.
8. Inspection
Manual inspection is conducted under a 200x magnifying lens. Products that fail to meet standards are strictly prohibited from leaving the factory for sale.
9. Packaging
A multi-layer packaging approach is adopted:
First layer: Film packaging
Second layer: Foam packaging
Third layer: Carton packaging
Fourth layer: Wooden box packaging
This 360° protection prevents potential damage during transportation!
