Application of Medical Mask Machine Blades

Blades are critical components in the mask production process. Commonly used types include tungsten steel blades and carbide blades, which are characterized by sharp edges, high cutting efficiency, and long-lasting durability.

Carbide Scraping Blade:
Primarily used for cleaning debris generated during the cutting process in mask machines and facilitating its recycling. This helps maintain a clean working environment for the mask machine, ensures uninterrupted production flow, and is compatible with various types of mask machines.

Carbide Cutting Blade:
Specialized blades for producing cup-shaped masks, non-woven fabric flat masks, N95 masks, etc. They are responsible for cutting raw materials such as non-woven fabric and melt-blown fabric into specific shapes and sizes, ensuring the mask's appearance meets requirements.

Carbide Upper and Lower Cutting Blades:
Composed of an upper blade and a lower blade, these work in tandem to achieve precise cutting of mask materials. They are commonly used for cutting the main body of masks, ensuring smooth edges and uniform slices.

Carbide Nose Bridge Cutting Blade:
Specifically designed for cutting nose bridge strips to the appropriate length and accurately placing them in the corresponding position on the mask. This ensures proper shaping and fit of the nose bridge section of the mask.
